Terms of Use
The ground rules for using Clean Cut — kept short, human, and fair.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Clean Cut (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By signing up, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal right to use the Service in your jurisdiction.
3. Account & Device
Each user is entitled to a single account per device. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited and may result in suspension. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
4. Your Content
You retain full ownership of the images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited right to process them solely to deliver background removal results to you. We do not sell, share, or use your images to train any model.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or that depicts minors in inappropriate contexts. You will not attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.
6. Usage Limits
Free accounts are subject to weekly usage limits as displayed in your account menu. Limits may change without notice. Exceeding limits temporarily disables uploads until the limit period resets.
7. Service Availability
The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific uptime, or specific processing results.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clean Cut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
